About the event

Student-athletes can expect a 15-20 minute warm up followed by training. This ranges from runnning, jumping, circuit training, and general strength exercises. We will close each session with a yoga inspired flow to cool down. Complimentary training snacks & water are available. Athletes should always bring spikes, just in case. Most importantly, athletes should be layered in clothing to help faciliate training.
